At Earnestlily, every item is made especially for you! Because we work with trusted print-on-demand production partners, your order begins its journey only after it has been placed. This ensures your product is unique, freshly produced, and never mass-manufactured.

Order Processing Times

  • All products are custom-made upon order.

  • Production time typically ranges from 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and current production volume.

  • Once your order is printed, it will be carefully packaged and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled (printed and packed). Delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: Usually 3–8 business days

  • Canada: Usually 5–10 business days

  • International: Usually 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated time frames provided by our print partners and carriers. Peak seasons, carrier delays, and customs processing may extend delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to begin displaying information.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal, as different products may be fulfilled by different production facilities.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • You may request a reprint (additional charges apply), or

  • You may request a partial refund.

Earnestlily is unable to cover reprints or full refunds in cases where delivery could not be completed due to issues outside our control (e.g., customer address errors, recipient unavailable).
