Because every product at Earnestlily is printed uniquely for each customer, we do not keep inventory or process traditional returns. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • The wrong size was ordered

  • The wrong color was selected

  • You changed your mind after purchase

To avoid sizing issues, please double-check the size charts provided on every product page before ordering.

Damaged Items & Manufacturing Errors

Your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives with a defect, printing error, or damage, we will gladly provide a free reprint or refund.

To qualify:

  • Notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Submit an issue with a clear photo showing the problem.

If multiple products using the same design are affected, please include a photo or video showing all items together in one frame.

What Happens Next

  • Approved refunds are issued to your earnestlily (Printify) account balance, which you can withdraw back to your original payment method.

  • If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to your original payment source.

There is no need to return the damaged or defective item.

Print Placement Tolerance (DTG Products)

For direct-to-garment printed items, a slight print placement deviation of up to 0.5 inches is considered acceptable and will not qualify as a defect.
